IMPORT & EXPORT TRAINING SUPPORT PROGRAM

AT THT CARGO LOGISTICS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

After many years of providing logistics services to FDI enterprises and factories in Vietnam, THT CARGO LOGISTICS clearly understands the challenges that FDI companies are facing, including:

   1. Difficulty in recruiting import–export personnel with practical experience.

   2. Language barriers, which force companies to recruit staff outside the correct professional background (for example: general affairs staff who speak Japanese, or English-major staff without import–export knowledge).

   3. Newly graduated students lack practical knowledge and real working experience, making it difficult for them to secure jobs at factories. This leads to a shortage of qualified human resources for FDI enterprises.

THT CARGO LOGISTICS recognizes that, in order to invest effectively in the Vietnamese market, logistics and import–export customs procedures play a crucial role in ensuring smooth cargo flow and optimizing operational costs for enterprises. For this reason, the free import–export training program of  THT CARGO LOGISTICS was established to support students and contribute to our mission of creating added value for FDI enterprises, helping them adapt quickly in a safe and efficient manner. The training classes are organized quarterly or when the number of registered participants reaches 30 students.

CLASS INFORMATION:

Schedule: Every Friday and Saturday
(Due to the large number of registrations, the class list and detailed schedule will be announced by THT later.)

24–26 Phan Dinh Giot Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

ELIGIBILITY:

• Students who are about to graduate or have recently graduated with no practical working experience

• Students who are interested in and plan to pursue a career in Logistics / Import–Export

At this training program, THT CARGO LOGISITCS swill provide guidance on the following topics:

   1. International freight charges (how to calculate air freight charges, which cargo volume should be shipped as LCL or FCL, basic understanding of shipping lines, Incoterms applied in practice, etc.)

   2. Customs clearance: understanding current types of enterprises such as normal enterprises, export manufacturing enterprises (SXXK), export processing enterprises, processing trade, etc.; understanding norms, finalization reports, and scrap handling.

   3. Domestic transportation and cargo packing in accordance with safety standards for sea freight and air freight.

   4. Insurance, fumigation, and related permits.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

   1. Participants are required to select and register for a class from the list of upcoming classes below.

   2. After registration, the Organizing Committee will arrange the classes and send a confirmation email to the participants.

Due to the large number of registrations for each training batch, classes will be divided into multiple groups (30–40 participants per class) with different schedules.
